Another Private Place is a collaborative studio founded by Anna-Lena Krause & Bee Beardsworth, fusing fashion and art to explore modern identity through kismet conceptual creation. 

A&B established APP to collaborate using their professional and personal passion, careers, and academic backgrounds in philosophy, visual culture and fine arts.




Anna-Lena Krause is a photographer visual artist and art director working across fine art, editorial, and commercial sectors, reflecting her parallel practice as a sculptor and performance artist. Her research is rooted across numerous fields of psychology and behavioral science informs a deeply intimate and playful approach. Her work is distinguished by a unique color palette, a sense of romanticism, and a dialogue between herself, her subjects, and her collaborators - exploring the bonds connecting people in the modern world.

Krause has had various exhibitions including Somerset House and Saatchi Gallery in London, C/O Berlin, KUMU Art Museum in Estonia, Guts Gallery and Alice Black Gallery. Her clients include among others Burberry,  Goldwin, Comme des Garçons, Ninamounah, Qasimi and Voo store.

 



Bee Beardsworth is an artist, curator and cultural consultant whose practice is currently centred on movement, writing and visual arts. With a focus on postmodern philosophy, occulture, architecture and queer studies, Bee is drawn to the obsessive, the transgressive and the other-worldly. 

She has a perfume column, writes for platforms including Dazed and Canvas8, and has worked with fashion brands including Ann Demuelemeester, Réalisation Par and Miista as both a model and creative. Her curatorial debut was shown at Alice Black Gallery and artistic work includes a recent reading at Guts Gallery.
